BASKET STACKING
Shown below is a close-up of how the competition's basket stacks. Notice the highlighted area, in particular how the radius section of the top basket runners will have to rest against the nubs of the bottom basket runners.
Shown below is a close-up of how Cooley's "Fort" basket stacks. Notice the highlighted area, in particular how the radius rods of the top basket rest solidly against the nubs of the bottom basket runners. This gives better surface area and support, and leads to much improved stacking, along with reduced sidewall distortion.
