Supporting rack with screens:
  1. This is a heavy duty rack designed to have a space cloth screen placed on top and then will suspend the part from its head.
  2. Screens are removable, there offering the flexibility of accomodating several part sizes. Screens may also be reversed.
  3. Open size of mesh should be 1/8" larger than the OD of the part.
  4. In most cases parts will not touch each other.
  5. We require the part or a CAD drawing of the part.
  6. Fixtures can be made to stack. Please check!


Specialty designed fixtures:
The picture below depicts a hanging salt fixture. This is just one of hundreds of ideas that have been designed and made by Cooley. Anything is possible as long as we have an idea of what the customer requires. A sample part and how the parts are to be held is all that is necessary to initiate a drawing.
