Pressure Welded Grids
  1. Rod diameters available in 3/16", 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", 7/16", 1/2", 5/8".
  2. We can provide as small as 1/2" square opening to as large a hole size as requested. Hole sizes can be made in rectangular shape.
  3. We can MIG weld an outside perimeter rod to the grid. This provides a much smoother edge.
  4. If the grid is 100% pressure welded, the outer edges will have approx 3/8" nub extension.
  5. Overall grid size may fluctuate due to rod centers and the number of holes requested. Please check!
  6. Hole size can be maintained +/- 1/16"
  7. Pipe sections can be welded in to be used on cast tray/post assemblies.

This picture details a grid (1.25" open, 1/4" rod) with a 3/8" rod mig welded perimeter and 5 pipe pieces welded in the center and corners. These grids fit over cast posts spaced accordingly to vertically support long gear parts.
