Liners
It appears on the surface that all liners look and are made alike. Cooley fabricates and welds it's liners differently. Below is a listing of what Cooley provides:
  1. The lapped corners are spot welded.
  2. Edges of the top and the corners are heliarc welded on every wire. (Safety edges)
  3. Liners fit into the baskets in between the inside bars of the baskets, rather than underneath.
  4. Standard meshes are 4 mesh .080 (3/16" open) and 2 mesh .120 (3/8" open).
  5. Standard one piece construction. On larger depths that would exceed our maximum weaving size, we fabricate the liner of three pieces and mig weld them together.

This is a close up detail of our liner. Take notice of our pressure welded corner. Most of the competion does not do this! Top edges are 100% heliarc welded wire to wire.
