Material Inventory
Cooley has blanket order arrangements from the rod mills. This insures us with the following:
  1. A prearranged formula price program allows us to take advantage of nickel prices every quarter. We are not locked into pricing longer than 3 months, allowing us to adjust as nickel goes up or down.
  2. Material quality consistency. Material certifications upon request.
  3. A steady flow of incoming material at all times enables us to maintain consistent delivery schedules.
  4. Rod and wire come in coils allowing for minimal scrap. Most pieces are cut to size.
  5. SS330, Inconel 600, and HR120 rod (5/16", 3/8", 7/16", and 1/2", 5/8") are in stock.
  6. SS330 and Inconel 600 .080" and .120" wire diameters are in stock.
