Wire Cloth

Cooley Wire weaves it's own wire cloth using a loom similar to Grandma's, only it's industrial strength.  This insures us with the following:

    1. Setup is simple and efficient.
    2. We weave to the liner's or screen's specific width which keeps waste to a minimum.  Material in SS330, and Inconel 600.
    3. Standard meshes are:
        1. 4 mesh (1/4" centers) with an .080 wire diameter, (.170" square inch opening).
        2. 2 mesh (1/2" centers) with a .120 wire diameter, (.375" square inch opening).
    4. Space cloth - wire diameter of .080, .105, .120, .148, .162, and .187

We can use a combination of wheel centers to get various size rectangular openings.

Anything 1 3/4" centers or larger, we suggest going  with a pressure welded grid using 3/16", 1/4", or 3/8" rod!!
